1 to 1 Training

DP Sports Performance provides specialised One to One football training sessions for players of all ages and abilities with the aim of assisting player development, further enhancing their skills and potential in football. We also provide sessions for individuals who participate in other sports and want to train for general well-being.


The aim of the specialised football type of sessions is to maximise a players potential in all areas of their development technically, physically and socially. Improvement in all these areas of development has been proven to lead to improved psychological wellbeing and elevated confidence.


There are many One to One training providers out there, however DP Sports Performance possess the relevant qualifications (BSc Sports Science & Level 2 FA Licenced Football Coach) and appropriate facilities to deliver effective training methods which develop the key areas described above.
