DP Sports Performance provides specialised one to one fitness training sessions for all ages and abilities with the aim of encouraging a fit, active, positive and healthy lifetyle.
We also provide one to one sessions for individuals who participate in sports and want to improve on specific areas in the sport they participate.
The most common with DP Sports is football one to one training sessions which aim to maximise a players potential in all areas of their development technically, physically and socially. Methods of training which stimulate all these areas of development have been proven to lead to positive psychological wellbeing such as self esteem and confidence.
There are many one to one training providers out there, however DP Sports possess the relevant qualifications (BSc Sports Science and Sports Psychology Degree & Level 2 FA Licenced Football Coaching qualification), appropriate facilities and hands on experience to deliver effective training methods which facilitate youth development not just in sport but in life.
