DP Sports Performance provides individuals with sports specific, fitness training for all ages and abilities in the form of one to one, small group and team training sessions, with an aim of improving performance and encouraging a fit, active, positive and healthy lifetyle.
The most common of all training with DP Sports is football one to one training sessions which aim to maximise a players potential in all areas of their development technically, physically, psychologically and socially. The methods of training applied stimulate all these areas of development ultimately improving all round performance and well being.
There are many one to one training providers out there, however DP Sports possess the relevant qualifications (BSc Sports Science and Sports Psychology Degree & Level 2 FA Licenced Football Coaching qualification), appropriate facilities and hands on experience to deliver effective training methods which facilitate youth development not just in sport but in life.
