Strength and Conditioning sessions are performed out of www.atlanticfitness.co.uk in their 9000sq ft facility based in Altrincham.
The facility enables us to engage in a variety of strength training and conditioning exercises which meet the demands placed on athletes who participate in field sports such as football.
Youth strength and conditioning classes are also available. Our social media pages will be advertising those in the near future with details of dates and times.
One to One strength and conditioning sessions are available. These sessions are mainly for athletes and individuals who participate in sports at any level and want to improve performance in a specific area related to strength, explosive power, muscular endurance or speed.
Injury rehabilitation training programmes are also available for athletes and individuals in the final phase of rehabilitation, signed off from physio and wanting to make a return to competitive training.
